Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Froovo platform operated by Froovo ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Froovo. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through our integrations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious files or content

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Froovo offers subscription plans with varying features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Organization and Team Access

Froovo supports multi-user organizations with role-based access control. The organization owner and designated administrators are responsible for managing team members, roles, and permissions. Data within an organization is shared among authorized members as determined by the organization's access settings.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Froovo integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Twilio, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

When you connect an integration, you authorize Froovo to access and use data from that service on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant.

7. Intellectual Property

The Froovo platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Froovo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the platform.

By using Froovo, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Froovo, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Froovo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Froovo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, consider harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
