Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Froovo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Froovo platform at froovo.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional details such as your real estate license number and brokerage affiliation.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, and IP address.

Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Twilio), we store OAuth tokens securely to act on your behalf. We only access the scopes you explicitly authorize.

Communications Data: Emails, SMS messages, and call logs that you send or log through the platform are stored to provide your communication history.

Documents: Files you upload to the document vault are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3) and are only accessible to authorized members of your organization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Froovo platform
  • Process transactions and manage your account
  • Send emails and SMS on your behalf through connected integrations
  • Provide AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Improve and personalize your experience
  • Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Integrations

Froovo integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Calendar), Microsoft (Outlook), Twilio, and Stripe. When you connect these services:

  • We only request the minimum permissions (scopes) needed for functionality
  • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our database
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations settings
  • We do not sell or share your integration data with third parties

Google API Services: Froovo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Authentication via AWS Cognito with secure password policies
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) within organizations
  • Organization-level data isolation — no cross-tenant data access
  • Regular security audits and monitoring

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Revoke third-party integration access at any time
  • Request information about how your data is processed

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use short-lived secure cookies during OAuth flows (automatically deleted after 5 minutes). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Froovo is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
